Bumble-Tea

Made with camomile tea, this gorgeously floral cocktail is perfect for unwinding

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Warner Edwards Honeybee Gin
  • 125ml camomile tea - we prefer using freshly picked camomile
  • Honey

Garnish:

Camomile flowers or a lemon twist.

Glassware:

Old Fashioned.

Method:

Brew your camomile tea and allow to cool. If you’re in a rush, make your tea extra strong, then cool with ice. Pour your Honeybee Gin into a glass and add your tea, using a strainer if required. Garnish with a few camomile flowers or a lemon twist. Add honey to taste (we like a generous dollop from a teaspoon).
