We are a young and extremely fast growing craft gin distillery producing global award winning, small batch, artisan gin. Due to growing demand we're looking for someone to take ownership for and to manage our award winning distillery tours here on Falls Farm.

Reporting to the owners of the business, you must have a passion for quality food and spirits with a natural interest in people, and thrive in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be fun, outgoing and be a true people person. They must have some experience of managing/giving tours and/or the hospitality industry and be passionate about our products.

You will be responsible for managing and delivering our wonderful tour experiences to our very loyal gin fans. From management of bookings, hosting, story telling, right through to the distillery shop and analysis and reporting. This role offers a great opportunity to build the tour offering further from its current successes to a significant proportion of overall annual turnover.

Key responsibilities:
• Manage our tours delivering our story and a great education on how we create our beautiful gins here on the farm
• Manage the day to day running of our Distillery Shop based within the Tack Room Bar
• Manage tour administration and enquiries, coordinate the tours calendar and oversee all bookings via our online booking system
• Maintain stock levels of all products and merchandise at the distillery shop and undertake daily cashing up and reconciliations to our sales sales system
• Keep records up to date using CRM to support the sales and marketing function and design and produce weekly and monthly performance reports in conjunction with our finance team
• Assist the marketing team in planning and promotion to fill all available tour slot
• Bring ideas and improvement initiatives that help us build and grow our tour footprint and undertake research and market analysis to keep us ahead of the game

Qualifications and Required Skills:
• Infectious and bubbly personality that is happy speaking to a crowd
• A passionate foodie and crazy about Warner Edwards Gin
• Natural customer service skills, with excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work within a team
• Ideally 1-2 years’ experience delivering tours
• Experience of managing a retail environment and the cashing-up process preferable but not essential
• Preferably educated to degree level
• Excellent organisational and time management skills and proficiency in Microsoft office systems
• Comfortable with weekend/evening work. The majority of our tours are at this time so your working week would likely run from Tuesday to Saturday.
• Full, clean UK driving license
