Method

  1. Add a generous amount of ice to a mixing glass
  2. Coat the ice with 10ml of dry vermouth and strain liquid into a separate container
  3. Add 70ml of the Harrington Shiraz Gin into the mixing glass with the coated ice
  4. Stir till an adequate dilution is achieved, roughly 24 seconds
  5. Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass
  6. Express the essential oils from a freshly peeled lemon over your Martini
